MindSet teaches our clients that the best long-term motivator for any employee is pride. A genuine sense that they’re part of something terrific, something elite. One quick tip: one of the things that can be highly effective in building a sense of pride is to train every employee on how to market their company. This can be a great exercise that has them exiting that exercise knowing more about their own company and more prideful in terms of its accomplishments in the past and where it’s going in the future.
