In this keynote Dr. Hoogeveen will use his experience working with hundreds of companies across industries to discuss the top 6 mistakes we see company leaders constantly make that harm their cultural success – and provide insights on how they can begin correcting them today.

Following the Big Mistakes Leaders Make keynote, we will use the breakout session time to dig deeper into the major takeways that the Owners & C-Level executives can and should focus on. In this breakout attendees will have the opportunity to discuss whether the ‘mistakes’ in the keynote are causing challenges in their workplaces and we’ll share additional insights and/or tools (like the Seven Principles of Leadership) that Owners and C-Level Executives can use to build cultural strength and organizational success.

HR & Culture Breakout

Following the Big Mistakes Leaders Make keynote, we will use the breakout session time to dig deeper into the major takeaways that the HR Leaders can apply towards their culture. In this breakout attendees will have the opportunity to discuss whether the ‘mistakes’ in the keynote are causing challenges in their workplaces and we’ll share additional insights and/or tools (like the Seven Principles of Leadership) that HR Leaders can use to build cultural strength and organizational success.
