With Gallup recently reporting many millennials to be leaving jobs because of dissatisfaction with their direct manager, the topic of great leadership is timelier than ever. With this in mind, we’d like to thank the most recent 13 leaders (and their organizations that supported them!) who attended our Spring 2018 MindSet Leadership Series. Our Spring Series – a 20-hour program held over four Wednesdays in April – presented important leadership theory as well as many real-world examples of how leaders should act to build and protect a healthy, dynamic culture. The general sessions and breakouts covered such topics as building stars, instilling pride, the importance of active listening, building team chemistry, managing
conflict, dealing with problem employees, and other MindSet insights.
While the content for this series comes from MindSet, we are thrilled to have two fantastic partners, the Greater Omaha Chamber and the Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM). Their guidance and support for our program and the topics we have chosen to cover has been instrumental in building the series.
