Importance of “Bench Strength” in your Leadership Team

MindSet co-owner, Brett Hoogeveen has worked for nearly a decade with rehabilitation industry leader QLI.  QLI, for those who don’t know, is the largest non-hospital-based rehabilitation provider in nation and is perhaps even better known as one of the region’s premier employers (winning your city’s Best Places to Work competition 5 times in a row tends to earn you a pretty good reputation as an employer of choice).

If you’re interested in building leadership strength the way QLI does, we hope readers will consider enrolling in MindSet’s new Propel program.  Propel is a leadership development initiative we are launching for the first time in 2019!  It blends the best of coaching and training to accelerate the leadership development of front-line supervisors and rising stars .
